SUPERINTENDANT
We are looking for a Superintendent with more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry and expertise in large-scale projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise the work on site, in accordance with the objectives of the organization and scheduling of activities.
- Ensure compliance with costs, schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate the various subcontractors.
- Carry out the work as described in the construction documents and in accordance with the plans and specifications.
- Apply the standards and laws in force, according to the building code.
- Implement occupational health and safety programs and standards.
- Participate in worksite meetings.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years of experience in the construction industry
- Expertise in major projects
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and strong teamwork skills
