Construction of a new visitor information centre at Rivière-des-Mille-Îles park

The project to construct this 3-storey building is located on a 19,283 m2 site and includes the construction of a new LEED-Gold certified information building as well as the development of the site and the equipment maintenance workshop. Steps are being taken to obtain LEED Gold certification.
The foundations of the building are constructed on piles and the structure is made of wood. The exterior surfaces consist of wood siding, masonry and sections of wooden curtain walls.
