Work project carried out in an existing 8-storey building, covering an area of 6200 m2 and housing 78 units for senior citizens. Complete redevelopment of kitchens and bathrooms as well as all housing units and offices in common areas on the ground floor. Major work on the entire exterior envelope of the building, such as the replacement of all exterior windows and exterior doors, exterior brick cladding and roofing.
